Here you will meet a manager who will manage your booking and provide all the necessary and useful information to spend a wonderful day on our boat.
The online booking system does not provide the invoice as the total balance will be paid upon arrival. If you would like to indicate specific instructions about it you can add them in the “tell us something more” field in the form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
If you book a service from our website you will pay the deposit by credit card or paypal including taxes and VAT. You will pay the balance 48 hours before the tour.
The deposit fee is charged to the customer and will be included in the final payment when it will take place online or at the agency 48 hours before service starts.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATIONS
- Cancellation is free within 48 hours before THE DAY OF THE TOUR.
Irrevocably, no refund is provided if you decide to cancel after 48 hours BEFORE THE DAY OF THE TOUR. - In case of bad weather or technical issues of the boat provided THE COMPANY, reserve the right of canceling the excursion offering the chance of moving the tour to another day or to have a total refund.
